RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without having to give a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and statutory guarantees.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact PODER MÍSTICO FEMENINO at yesi.desten@gmail.com before the end of the 14-day period.
The products must be returned in an appropriate condition, taking into account only the handling necessary to check their characteristics. The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, arrives damaged, or does not correspond to the order.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with applicable law. PODER MÍSTICO FEMENINO may wait until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides proof that they have been shipped before issuing the refund.
Downloadable digital products cannot be returned once the download or access has begun, provided that the customer expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal.
Digital products are for personal use only. Their resale, redistribution, or commercialisation is prohibited.
Outside the statutory right of withdrawal described above, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.
This policy does not limit any statutory guarantees or rights that consumers may have in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
